Wifi, AC, large terrace, excellent views. This unique 3 bedroom duplex penthouse is located in one of the most valuable and trendy areas in Sevilla: Calle Luis Montoto, 3 - Plaza de San Agustín. This area of Sevilla is part of the historical centre of the city. All of Seville’s well known monuments and most of the major attractions can be easily accessed on foot. The apartment is a recently renovated (February 2010) and completely refurbished three-bedroom penthouse. It includes a large, furnished terrace with beautiful views. The unit is part of an exclusive house designed by renowned architect Anibal González, the signature unit behind the Plaza de España complex. Situated on the edge of the ancient historical downtown, most of the 'must-see' monuments are within a 10 minute walk. La Casa de Pilatos, an outstanding 16th century palace, is located within 5 minutes. In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and El Barrio de Santa Cruz. The gardens, patios, and enchanting streets will make the visit absolutely worth it. In only 15-20 minutes from the apartment, the Guadalquivir river, the Torre del Oro, the popular and yet exclusive Triana neighborhood, and the Maestranza bullring are also easily accessible. The main shopping areas, the best known Sevilla restaurants, many flamenco show taverns, and authentic tapas bars are also close by. This apartment is centrally located to the Alfalfa square, the commercial streets of Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna, which are all within minutes of each other. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. Appartement sur trois niveaux, l'intérieur est très propre, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y est senti tout de suite comme à la maison. Deux très belles chambres donnant sur la rue séparées par une salle de bain (douche/wc, sèche cheveux), grands placards, TV dans chaque chambre. La troisième chambre avec grand placard se trouve à au niveau inférieur - plus petite que les deux autres, elle est plus calme ne donnant pas sur la rue, la salle de bain attenante est avec baignoire+wc. Le lit est moins large que dans les deux autres chambres. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle - électroménager de bonne qualité (lave linge, four, four micro onde, frigo congélo, lave vaisselle). A noter un petit cabinet de toilette (WC + lavabo) adjacent à la cuisine. Le séjour est au 3ème étage, très fonctionnel, idéal pour se reposer pendant les heures chaudes, TV grand écran. L'appartement est connecté au WiFi. La terrasse est très fonctionnelle, elle nous a permis de prendre nos repas du matin et du soir. La climatisation est réglable dans chaque pièce et fort appréciable. Le quartier est un peu bruyant (beaucoup de passage), mais on finit par s'y habituer. Nous sommes à moins d'un quart d'heure à pieds du quartier Santa Cruz et de la place d'Espagne. Aucun problème pour les courses, plusieurs supérettes dans le quartier et plusieurs petites épiceries. Nous recommandons sans problème cet appartement idéal pour les grandes familles qui permet de visiter Séville dans de bonnes conditions. Et pour terminer, un grand merci à José qui a su apporter réponse à toutes nos questions avant de venir.
