This lovely two-bedroom apartment is fully renovated and located in a 1st floor upstairs of an 1850 house with Andaluz Patio Central. The second floor offers a Huge Private Terrace with stunning Giralda Tower Views. The apartment has air conditioning and heating on all rooms and Complementary Wi-Fi for sure.



Apartment in typical Sevillian house with patio, situated in the historical and central district of Santa Cruz, which has capacity up to 6 people. Recently renovated, the house retains all the charm and quaintness of the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, located in the heart of Seville. Upon entering the house leads to a bright and sunny central Patio Andaluz, with features iron gates, wooden windows and white marble floor, filled with plants and flowers. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, wc, sink and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and cooking utensils for basic cooking. It also has a washing machine inside. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa-bed, TV and dining table for 6 people.

This apartment was in a convenient location for all the popular tourist sites - including the Giralda Tower. It was on a quieter street for Santa Cruz, but still noisy on occasion. The apartment provided the basic amenities and was clean upon arrival. Our host was always nice, responsive and helpful.
