This apartment is very good located upstairs on the first floor (not ground floor) in the Jewish Quarter, just next to Barrio Santa Cruz. It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops and buses. There is a terrace on top. Public garage about 5 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and another bedroom with 2 single beds (one of them is pull "out and lift"), as well as a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fireplace cannot be used. We love a place inside the centre of a city that is not a IKEA look alike. This apartment is older but you feel you are experiencing something close to what it would be like to live in the centre of Seville. Having a school, children and parents coming and going made it feel authentic. Not perfection but very interesting and extremely comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to the centre and all the major sites.Maria was a delight and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and leave our cases to late afternoon. She helped with questions and offered advice as to where to go. She was kind and trustworthy.The apartment was warm enough for us in the evening, but make sure you have warm clothes if you visit in the winter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cosy. Location was convenient to sites, transportation (and, unfortunately for my waist line, to pastelerías!), it is in a delightfully historic area, so it was sometimes a little chillier in December than we are used to in Texas. Since we were there for 5 weeks,, the microwave and stove top were important, as well as the washer! ##### linda j. Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Christiane F. 4 Nov 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy L'hôte était très gentille; mais les voisins hyper bruyants une bonne partie de la nuit, les portes qui claquent sans cesse, la porte d'entrée en bas idem sans arrêt. Parlent tout fort dans les couloirs et devant notre porte d'entrée à 2h30 du matin. A 5h du matin ça recommencait avec ceux qui partaient. Des va et vient incessants en courant dans les escaliers et comme il n' y a pas d'isolation phonique....Il y a un peu d'entretien à faire dans l'appartement, la machine à laver à réparer, le robinet salle de bains, le canapé qui s'enfonce quand on s'assoit.
