The apartment is especially suitable for wheelchairs to enter it, since there are no barriers or obstacles that prevent it, its doors are wide and one of its bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The apartment is divided into a large living-dining room, decorated in a modern and functional way, three large bedrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and two complete and independent bathrooms, one of them en suite with the master bedroom. It has powerful hot/cold air conditioning, free internet connection, fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels and blankets, hair dryer, iron, etc. A modern design hall welcomes customers, and right there is the entrance door. Complete silence is guaranteed since the entire apartment overlooks interior patios. The apartment is located in the historic and commercial area of the city, a two-minute walk from the Cathedral and Mateos Gago street, Barrio de Santa Cruz, which is the most cosmopolitan and lively street in the city, with good restaurants and tapas bars in it. But absolute silence and peace for your rest are guaranteed, this being the most characteristic of this apartment. All the establishments in the commercial area of Seville made up of Sierpes, Tetuán, Francos and Plaza Nueva streets are very close to this unique residence. Given its location, you can explore the city on foot without the need for public transportation: The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Palace known as "La Casa de Pilatos," and anything else that can be visited in Seville, they are a few meters from this unique residence. The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport, and ten minutes from the Santa Justa train station. Ask us the prices of the taxis. You can also get to the apartment on the EA airport bus and walk a few minutes to the apartment, from the last stop in the center of Seville. The name of the stop is Torre del Oro. For your daily life in the apartment, you can find very close supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc. A high quality supermarket is recommended inside the department store "El Corte Inglés" (Calle San Pablo).
