The main bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave with grill. In the kitchen there is space for a table to eat. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and television, where you can rest quietly. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet. SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:It is a Sevillian house that is organized around a patio where there is a fountain, with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator that connects with the first floor, which is where the apartment is located. On the roof there are clotheslines where you can hang your clothes.The parking we have available for our guests is in the building in front of our apartment (5 meters away). It is a parking lot in a private building, so it is safe and comfortable. We recomend normal size cars, even better small cars. Vans and 4x4 cars are nor suitable for the parking. ATTENTION TO GUESTSWe will receive you upon your arrival and we will explain the operation of the apartment, we will provide you with two complete sets of keys, we will help you park your car and we will tell you many of the secrets of our wonderful city of Seville.As important information about the car park, inform them that it is located in one of the typical streets of Muslim Andalusian Seville. These types of streets are narrow and difficult to move around for those who are not used to these types of streets. We recommend that if you come by car, you bring a small car. Upon arrival we will give you tips to make parking as easy as possible. The arrival time is between 15:00 and 21:00\. For arrivals before 3:00 pm we cannot ensure that the apartment is free and ready. We ask you to consult us. We will try to do our best to facilitate your arrival before 15.00\. It is also possible to arrive after 9pm, although for arrivals after 9pm there is a late check in fee of € 20.00 that will be paid in cash upon arrival.We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. Make a rational use of the Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but equipment will work better when you really need it.6\. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house.
