An ideal place to rest after a day of sightseeing around the city. A spacious and bright living room with hot/cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi... Large dining room integrated into the living room. Double room with a very comfortable bed, another bedroom with two single beds. Large equipped kitchen and modern and functional full bathroom. The ideal accommodation to visit Seville! Located on the fourth floor of a building without elevator. \- Parties and events are not allowed \- Respect the rest of the neighbors \- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day. \- Keys, for check out must be deposited in mailbox downstairs \- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed \- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work. \- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 and until 00.00H to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys.
