Bright and spacious apartment, fully renovated, located in Triana, just a stone's throw from the center and surrounded by all services and public transport. Wifi, air conditioning and fully equipped. Great apartment with amazing light and exquisite decoration. Brand new and equipped. Designed taking care of every detail to make you feel at home. Three large bedrooms, a large living room, a modern and functional kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi... and its privileged location, make this apartment the ideal place to live Seville. Located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator.   
  
\- Parties and events are not allowed   
  
\- Respect the rest of the neighbors   
  
\- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day.   
  
\- Keys, for check out must be left on the table   
  
\- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed   
  
\- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work.
