This modern apartment is located on one of the most iconic streets in the historic center of Seville. It features a spacious and bright living room and a bedroom equipped with high-end furniture, combining comfort and contemporary design.

We access the apartment through a hallway, leading to the roomy living room, which includes a comfortable sofa, a balcony with city views, and a Smart TV, connecting to a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and a dining table.

To the left of the kitchen, we enter the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed and another balcony with views.

Further to the left, we find a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of space, leading to the bathroom, which includes a shower and has a sleek design with the finest materials.

The apartment’s location is exceptional, just three minutes on foot from the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázars, and the main landmarks of the city, all easily accessible without the need for a vehicle.

Superbe appartement!

Appartement simplement magnifique et neuf! Nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjour! L’emplacement est au cœur de Séville ce qui permet d’avoir accès facilement à tous les monuments, restaurants et magasin à voir! L’air climatisé fonctionne à merveille! Mais nous avons eu quelques bémols. Nous nous sommes réveiller un matin et puis il y avait quelqu’un dans notre chambre venu pour réparer quelque chose, il s’était simplement trompé de chambre et après avoir discuté c’était réglé! Et puis nous avons eu quelque problème avec l’eau chaude mais rien de plus En sommes nous allons 100% revenir à cet hébergement! Très commode et magnifique avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin!
