Magnificent house in the center of Seville. Three floors house with patio and terrace. Located in Alameda de Hércules area, from a pleasant walk to the monumental center. Ideal for \[hidden\] amenities and services.Restaurants, shops, leisure area.... but really \[hidden\] ideal place to discover Seville. -Ground Floor: spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Dining room. Quiet and confortable work area. Toilet.-First Floor: living room. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with single bed. Bathroom.-Second Floor: 2 private terraces. Bedroom 3 with a single bed. Bedroom 4 with a double bed and suite bathroom.
