This beautiful suite-style apartment features high-quality finishes and impressively tall ceilings (around 4 meters), creating a spacious and airy atmosphere throughout.

The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), cozy seating, a TV, and a modern fully equipped kitchen, ideal for both short and extended stays.

The sleeping area offers two generous single beds (1.05 x 2.00 m) and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and an elegant marble sink.

Located in one of Seville’s most sought-after central areas, the apartment is right next to Plaza del Duque and just a short walk from Avenida Torneo, Plaza de Armas Station, Paseo Colón, and the Guadalquivir River.

Set on peaceful Calle Liñán, a quiet and narrow street, the apartment offers serenity in the heart of the city. The surrounding area is full of lively tapas bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Major landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias are all within walking distance.

A lovely home visit of sorts

This studio flat feels like coming home. Sevilla is my 2nd home and this place is located perfectly to take advantage of everything I attend and visit. The layout is great and the amenities do just as advertised. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit.

Sevilla - my home away from home visit

After living in Sevilla for a number of years I choose to stay in this particular location. It is perfect to either walk or bike anywhere in the city. And the bus is particularly accessible transport to the airport for only 4.50 The flat was nicely decorated and conveniently laid out. I hope to stay here regularly.
