The penthouse Florentín is located on the fourth floor of an exclusive building located practically in front of the Cathedral of Seville. The elevator of the building reaches the third floor, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the fourth floor, the last.Its an apartment composed of a beautiful exterior lounge, where you can see the Giralda and part of the Cathedral. It also has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment for 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds of 90cm each and is also exterior as is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and bidet.The best part of the apartment is the private terrace, which is accessed directly from the living room. It has a sofa area, another dining table and another with chairs lying down to relax or take the lounge. From the terrace you can see the Cathedral very close and the Giralda. It is a real privilege to enjoy a dinner with such views, a good outdoor breakfast or for relax and enjoy panoramic views. Being office the building just in front of the terrace, it doesn’t affect to privacy.The area of ​​the apartment is unbeatable, it is literally surrounded by the main monuments of the city, the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Town Hall, the Avenue of the Constitution, the Plaza de San Francisco, etc. Even though is completely quiet during the day and of course during the night.Public parking nearby

Perfectly positioned gorgeous apartment

I had the most amazing time in Sevilla. This gorgeous apartment is right by the cathedral and has a large outdoor terrace. Everything in the apartment was good, clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed including a lovely personal welcome.
