Apartment designed so that our guests feel in their particular oasis when they are at home, replenishing their strength to continue discovering Seville. It has a minimalist decoration, all its furniture is of good quality and it is a very quiet and bright place. It has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two single beds. It also has a fantastic private patio (no parties). Fully hot and cold conditioning. It has high speed Wi-Fi. Its location on Redes street makes it an ideal place to get to know the city center on foot. It has everything at your fingertips, from the most central area of the city such as Plaza del Salvador and Las Setas, the Santa Cruz neighborhood, to the most atmospheric areas such as Alameda de Hercules and Calle Feria. Likewise, the river is less than 5 minutes away on foot and you can go to Triana on foot. We had written confirmation that we could check in early (12 noon rather than 3p.m.) but no-one turned up until 14.45 so we were stranded in the heat with our suitcases. Once inside,the rep left us with the only double bed broken and unusable. We tried many times to make contact and eventually a workman turned up to repair the bed. this he was unable to do and had to attend again later in the day to make further modifications. By this point we were becoming concerned and had asked to be moved to another property which had a functioning bed. This request was ignored. Eventually, the bed was repaired into a useable condition. The tiled floor had been swept but not washed properly. We all found that our feet became caked in dirt simply by walking on the floor. Not a great experience and not one I would recommend to others ##### Harry C.
