It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and less than 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. From the entrance door, stairs lead up to the living area on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Two windows face a quiet street. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils for cooking and appliances - washing machine included. Bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. On the third floor is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Terrace: The access to the private terrace is from bedroom No.3\. It is decorated with plants and equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day. Other features: Free WIFI internet, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating. Note: The house is distributed over three main floors, with access via stairs. We don't recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.
