The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed, which can be used as a third bedroom if needed.

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodations are suitable for up to 6 people, with a master bedroom, a double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a full bathroom for your use.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, as well as coffee and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Our accommodations are located in the heart of Seville; it’s rare to hear outside noise here, but due to its unbeatable location, you may occasionally hear some noise from outside caused by foot traffic.

The accommodations are located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.
It has air conditioning in the first living room (which has the sofa bed) and in both bedrooms.

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:

20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen issues arise that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
