Santa Teresa VI Discover the absolute charm of this stunning duplex apartment, located in a captivating restored Sevillian townhouse, nestled between the picturesque streets of Santa Teresa and the impressive Santa Cruz Square. Meticulously restored, this space showcases the original architectural elements, creating an exceptional environment where our guests can indulge in unparalleled tranquility and comfort. As you step into the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining table, along with one of the bedrooms. Moving upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled living room, illuminated by a skylight and a window offering panoramic views of the majestic Giralda tower. On this floor, you’ll also discover the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. One boasts a spacious queen-size bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 meters, while the other offers two twin beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters each.
