As you step into the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining table, along with one of the bedrooms. Moving upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled living room, illuminated by a skylight and a window offering panoramic views of the majestic Giralda tower. On this floor, you’ll also discover the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. One boasts a spacious queen-size bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 meters, while the other offers two twin beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters each. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this apartment is its magnificent terrace with a sun deck and a refreshing shallow pool (open from 15/03 to 15/11), allowing you to cool off while enjoying breathtaking views of the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood and the iconic Giralda tower.

The surrounding area of the apartment is simply incomparable. Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two enchanting locations, brimming with history and tradition. Just steps away from the apartment, you’ll find cozy traditional bars where you can savor the city’s finest tapas, as well as small shops and countless places and corners to explore. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
