It is located 100 meters from Avenida de la Constitución and a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, in the heart of Seville. The distribution of the apartment is as follows: It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and designed to provide a comfortable stay. The building has a large community terrace, perfect to enjoy the wonderful climate of Seville. This apartment is located on the third floor with a lift. Everything is close. Once you are in Albareda Street, you will be surrounded by history, art and gastronomy, as well as a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere, which will undoubtedly make your stay a memorable experience. El otro piso tiene una sola habitación y un sofá cama, por lo que no cumplia los mismos requisitos que el piso que habíamos contratado. Le comunicamos que queremos un piso de igual características que el piso alquilado y nos manifiestan que "No, que es lo que hay", y que teníamos que darle las gracias porque podían haber cancelado la reserva y nos quedaríamos sin piso donde alojarnos. Le comunicamos que somos dos familias con niños y estamos a 500 km de casa y nos vuelven a repetir " es lo que hay y si no queremos cancelo la reserva y punto". Finalmente aceptamos quedarnos con el segundo piso, sobre todo por no viajar tantas horas de vuelta con los niños. En todo momento reconocieron su error pero por más que intentamos explicarle que lo que nos estaban ofreciendo no cumplía los requisitos que habíamos contratado, no quisieron solucionarlo. Una vez alojado en el segundo piso, este era mucho más pequeño y con un solo dormitorio, estando el baño dentro del mismo, con las dificultades que eso supone para la convivencia de los dos familias y los niños. Un desastre, no confíes en ellos, solo les importa el dinero. ##### Antonio G.
