    Gather round Couzin Sid’s 7ft dining table or dine Al fresco on one of the three outside tables. Meal prep is a breeze in our spacious kitchen stocked (and labeled!) with all essential utensils and appliances.
    The farmhouse is one story on a level lot for easy access and gorgeous views from the Valley. Conveniently located between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. One mile from the Foothills Parkway… don’t miss the views! Five miles to tubing in Townsend. Just minutes from Cades Cove where you can view homesteads, wildlife, wildflowers, and perhaps even bears! We’re close to dining, shopping, and markets for meals and essentials.

    Couzin Sid is my Vintage Tractor. He greets all our guests with a smile. He doesn’t talk much but Sid LOVES to pose for selfies!!! Make sure you share your Couzin Sid Selfie along with your VRBO review and tag him on your Facebook post. I’ll make sure he sees every selfie!

Reset the A/C thermostat back to 74 (summer) 55 (winter) upon checkout. Lock all doors and windows. Secure sliding door with the wood stake provided.
