Hot tub and view were great!! The cabin was clean and pet friendly! Our family had a great time!! My only request was it needs some oven mitts had to use a towel to get things out of the oven. Also think adding some blinds or curtains to the bare windows would help with privacy at night.

Many light bulbs were burnt out. Poor lighting in the parking area and around the grill. Seems to me that place needs a handy man to go through it and sort out the wear and tear of commomly used spaces and items. The pool alarm instructions were very unclear. I had to call guest sevices for help. That turned out to be a waste of time. Lost out on about 14 hours of pool access because of it. No cleaning supplies availabe to clean up after ourselves. Seems like whoever owns this property puts as little effort/money as they have to into the property. Foir what I paid to stay at your cabin I feel ripped off. We will be booking elswhere next time we stay in Pigeon forge.
