The cabin was great! Lots of room for everyone, games for all, and a beautiful view with peaceful surroundings. And it was so convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay in it again!
The cabin was in a great location. Super easy to enter the park on the bypass. Lots of room for all of us to spread out, large Roku tvs in every room. Overall a great place. I gave four stars because the temperature on the top floor of the cabin where the main bedroom and game room is located was a too warm. My oldest son slept in there one night but quickly moved to another room.
Location is very good to get to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky National Park. Amenities were as described and there is a lot of outdoor porch spaces. We counted 10 TV’s with Roku’s to use any of your own streaming services. There are various hang out areas on the home of not together in on big group all the time. Loft area sounds does carry over into the main family room. Outdoor hot tube was clean and warm. Overall it was a very good stay.
The pictures appear to be a few years old. The home was clean, but it’s a rental so there is some wear & tear. We’d go back again and felt it was priced appropriately.
Plenty of room we had 17 people seem to be enough room for everybody hot tub needed fixed so we fixed it. You should probably look at that very good location very pretty views overall it was a good stay.
My extended family of 14 booked Circle of Life for my father's 80th birthday party/weekend. The cabin was adequate for our needs providing plenty of space, entertainment, and sleeping accomodations. Bear Creek Cabins, the rental manager, was very professional, communicative and responsive. They were always available by phone leading up to the rental period and while at the cabin. They were responsive to some minor requests we made and responded in adequate time and fashion.
Our only feedback to potential renters is that we could never get the gas logs to work. While it would have been a nice amenity to have for our seasonal stay it was not critical. The cabin is also noisy but that is typical of wood cabins. The game room where our kids spent a good bit of their time is located in the loft above the main den. It was hard to have conversations in the den when the kids were upstairs playing pool, air hockey, etc. This was managed by us by limiting their time up there and sending them outside from time to time or retreating to plenty of other areas in the house (i.e. kitchen, multiple decks, basement). All in all, we were pleased with the accomodations.
The cabin was not clean. The counters were dirty. The bathtubs were dirty. There was broken glass on the floor in front of the basement door. The basement carpet was filthy and had a strong moldy odor to it. The odor was so bad that nobody was able to sleep downstairs. multiple lightbulbs were out. We lost power in the middle of the night, I called the emergency number to notify them that the power was out and they told me to call the power company. The power remained out for the remainder of our visit and we left early because of it. We were not contacted by the company once to get an update on the situation or to see if there was anything that we needed during the snow emergency. Poor customer service and we will not be renting or recommending in the future.
