Pigeon Forge offers theatres, shopping, and an array of attractions. You can spend the day our or just lounge by one of the two Resort Pools, which open up on Memorial Day.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each stay. Please allow a few hours to fully heat up.

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

*Depending on the booking platform, cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee.

*No early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year’s Day

*Late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behaviour & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behaviour of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression towards neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
