The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. This property was conveniently located, clean, had everything we needed, and pet friendly for our dog. It’s tucked away in an area we’ve never visited, so we were able to discover more of the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, which was nice. The host is amazing and kept in contact with me throughout the week. I didn’t have any issues, but I’m confident they would have been taken care of immediately if I had. The owners were on top of things from the get go. From right after you book with them. And then the day before and throughout your stay. Upon notifying them, the property management company repeatedly asked us to approach the occupants of the property to ascertain their identity. Eventually, rather than refund our stay, the property management company shuffled us into another, partially cleaned unit, for our vacation. ##### Andi U. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful location, fully stocked with everything you need. (I would recommend bringing an extra blanket, as there are no extras in the unit).
