Riversong Elegance - New construction, family-friendly cabin, quiet neighborhood

  • New construction serene home with hot tub, game tables, fireplace, grill, firepit and lot of other amenities. Open-concept living room, dining area and kitchen with stainless appliances. Specious bedrooms with large vanities and marbled showers. Main floor bedroom with a King size bed and Sofa bed in living room. Second floor with 2 bedrooms with Queen size bed in each bedroom and loft area with double on double bunk bed. Basement with 2 double on double bunk beds, game area and full bath.
    Outside, sit and swing on covered deck with good size hot tub. Fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue or gather around the firepit on the patio sitting area.
    Highlights include several game tables, board games and also Electric Vehicle charger.
