Great location. The cabin was clean and comfy. Views were awesome! Communication with the owner was great. Very responsive.
We did have trouble with the hot tub not working properly but other than that we will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful cabin with all the basic amenities. Comfortable beds downstairs, the upstairs bunk beds were a little clunky. Parking for two vehicles, with 5-6 steps up to the porch access. Clean and open living area/kitchen. The sunset views from the deck rocking chairs were incredible. The cabin is on the north end of Sevierville, tucked out of the way in a resort with other cabins, so it was about a 15-20 min drive getting to the heart of Pigeon Forge. We didn’t mind that at all. We would stay here again!
The cabin was clean and nice. It was stocked with just about everything needed. My only complaint is that there was nowhere outside for the kids play except the road. We had 5 kids 8-13 and enjoyed the arcade games and pool table but when they wanted to go outside they had to play in the road which was very narrow
Overall we had an amazing stay for a week at the cabin. The views were amazing! We had a little racoon (we named George) that visited us quite a bit. The pool was very clean and we made lots of new friends. We ziplined at Wahoo Ziplines and it was amazing and we had the best bbq at bustin butts, go at the start of your trip they have a great farmers market as well.
The worst part of the stay is was we found fleas in the master bathroom. Its supposed to not have have pets on the property.
We enjoyed our stay at this location. Not sure if it was listed anywhere, but it would have been nice to know how steep the hills were in the neighborhood and how steep our entrance was in case someone has mobility issues. I would have liked to use the dryer, but the lent trap was broken and the dryer was making an awful high pitched squeal and smelled warm so we shut it off immediately. It was very nice to have a game room for my our whole family to enjoy. The kitchen skillets are a little too worn to use so replacing those or suggesting guests bring their own would be helpful. The cabin was clean and had a cozy feel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Great views but accommodations were just ok
The cabin and its location was just okay overall. The cabin is located on the downward part of a steep hill. While the cabin was clean, the two pullout couch beds were pretty uncomfortable. The grill was broken and only half the jets in the hot tub worked.
The listing states there are tvs in several rooms. This is true, however the two bedroom tvs were not great. We had the one tv at 100 and could barely hear what was being said. These are older tvs and streaming services were not available with the exception of Netflix.
Overall, our stay was fine. My favorite spot was sitting on the porch in the morning enjoying the view.

Family vacation
When we arrived to the cabin we had issues with the code working. We arrived at 3 pm due to a text stating members can arrive at 3 and others at 4. We had to call in order for them to open the door. First, thank you for providing a place for an amazing family vacation. However, the hot tub pieces kept coming off, we had to clean aspects of the cabin before using certain things, such as the tub and the top of the refrigerator. We brought food to cook on the grill. The starter on the grill was broken. We had to drive and purchase a lighter in order to start the grill. This cabin had everything we needed such as dishes, pans, bed clothes, towels and wash clothes. We were able to utilize the wifi and the TV's. It has a great view and was very cozy. Though I do not believe we will return to this cabin. Thank you.
Everything was great! I enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend this cabin

Mountain Get away
The cabin was nice but dated. View was great, nice to sit outside and enjoy, beds were very comfy. Window blinds at back door and master bedroom were broken. TV in living room had no sound. At check-in our code didn't work, we were on the phone for an hour getting that fixed. Please make sure they have all your info verified before you go. We thought ours was but had to resend things when we got there. It's about 10 miles from town but we enjoyed the area. The parking is not for the weak hearted, very steep. Not trying to complain because we did enjoy it overall.

Was willing to overlook the lack of the Mountain View as it stated in the title more or less views of trees no mountains to be seen... But the major issue was the reason we went with this in the first place was the Spa hot tub which was not functioning properly was told it was going to be fixed left for the day came back still wasn't fixed but was told it was fixed. The blinds were broken on the windows and all the washcloths and towels were hard and rough...

Everything was great however I never saw anywhere in the property listing that it was on such an incline. I was on crutches which made it a little hard to leave the cabin.

Not what I expected
Property was not secluded, very busy area. Situated at top of steep hill, not optimal for getting elderly family into cabin. Broken blinds, missing knobs, flickering lights, bent curtain rods, stains on pool table, etc made property seem unkept. 1/2 roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms for 9 people with no extra rolls. The biggie was the pullout couch in the loft-the “mattress” was so old, there was no padding(was basically disintegrated) left on the bed. It was literally springs with a layer of dirty, stained fabric over it. And when you laid down on it, all you could feel were the springs Totally unacceptable for sleeping. This was my husband and I’s area to sleep and we couldn’t sleep on springs for the trip. We ended up having to share a twin bed on the bottom bunk which made for less than enjoyable nights rest. If you rent a place for 9 people, there should be adequate bedding for 9 people. This was a family weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we made due and had great family time. However, I would not recommend or rent from this place ever again.
We had our annual family vacation here and it was an amazing time. Cabin was very nice, it was clean, and it felt like home. Lots of things to do in the surrounding areas. We want to thank our hosts for our amazing time , we had good times, many adventures and made lots of wonderful memories.
Thank you,
The Dunn and Harvey family
