About this property
Cabin w/ Hot Tub · Pool Table · Mtn Views
Summary:
MAIN SECTION
Picture this: steam rising off the hot tub as the Smoky Mountains blur into dusk, your crew already arguing over who's up next on the pool table. At Pine Peaks, three levels unfold from a fireplace-lit living room to a private king suite to a game loft built for rainy afternoons. Wake up to long-range ridgeline views, then be parked at Dollywood in minutes. This is the cabin where the plans get looser and the memories get louder.
Pine Peaks is a three-level mountain cabin inside Pine Mountain Resort, sleeping up to 10 across a private king suite, two queen bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk, and a sleeper couch — room for a family reunion or friends splitting into their own corners at night.
The main level is an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area in natural wood tones. A gas fireplace (seasonal, October–March) and comfortable seating face a flat-screen TV and mountain views through oversized windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances and counter space for more than one cook, and the dining table seats the whole group with a view instead of a wall. A queen bedroom here skips the stairs for guests who'd rather stay on one level.
Upstairs is the private primary suite — king bed, its own flat-screen TV, private deck access, a queen-over-queen bunk, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. A retreat within the retreat.
Downstairs is the fun floor: a second queen bedroom with its own TV and bathroom sits steps from the game room, where a pool table, arcade, and media area make rainy days — and competitive evenings — a non-issue. This level opens onto the lower deck, where a private hot tub waits under the stars.
Outside, multiple deck levels give room to grill, sip coffee, play cornhole, or watch the ridgeline change color at sunset. Guests report hearing the Dollywood train drifting through the hills at night, with deer — occasionally black bear — a regular sight from the porch. Three full bathrooms, one with double vanities, are split across the levels. In-cabin laundry, WiFi, and smart TVs throughout round things out, while a hand-carved wooden fish hook by the door gives the cabin a sense of place.
Multi-generational families — three bedrooms across three levels let grandparents keep quiet main-level access while kids claim the bunks and game room downstairs.
Groups splitting Dollywood days — sleeping for up to 10 and quick Parkway access let a group tackle the parks together and regroup each night.
Couples craving a private retreat — the upper-level king suite, with its own deck access and jetted tub, works as a honeymoon-style escape even inside a bigger group trip.
Game-night crews — the pool table, arcade, and media area are built-in entertainment for guests who'd rather not drive back into town.
Pet owners — a dog-friendly policy means no family member gets left behind.

At the heart of Pine Peaks, the kitchen and dining area bring everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home, from basic cookware to updated appliances. The dining table seats your group comfortably and sits near large windows that fill the space with natural light and mountain scenery.
When it is time for fun, head down to the game room where friendly competition begins. Enjoy a round of pool, challenge someone on the arcade machine, or spread out in the media area for a laid back movie night. This level opens to the lower deck where the hot tub is waiting, surrounded by the peaceful Smoky Mountain backdrop.
The decks are where Pine Peaks really shines. Whether you are sipping morning coffee, grilling dinner, or catching the sunset, the views stretch across the mountains and the Parkway below. Guests have even mentioned hearing the Dollywood train echoing through the hills at night. Wildlife spotting is common too, so keep an eye out for birds, deer, and sometimes even bears moving through the area.
With the cabin only minutes from the Parkway, you are close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, The Island, Dollywood, and everything else that makes Pigeon Forge so popular. You get all the convenience while still enjoying that true mountain escape feel, complete with peaceful nights and starry skies.
We are excited to host you at Pine Peaks. Gather your favorite people, soak in the views, explore the Smokies, and make memories in your own mountain getaway.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire cabin for your stay: all three levels, every bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, the game room, and both decks with the hot tub. Nothing is locked off or shared.
Check-in is fully self-service via a secure smart lock, with a unique code sent 24 hours before arrival — no key pickup, no waiting around. Your stay starts the moment you pull up the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Pine Peaks sits inside Pine Mountain Resort, minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway — quiet, wooded surroundings without sacrificing quick access to the area's biggest draws.
Dollywood is about 10–15 minutes away. Dolly Parton's Stampede is roughly 10 minutes. The Island in Pigeon Forge, with its Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, shops, and restaurants, is about 10 minutes down the Parkway. The Alpine Coaster and Goats on the Roof are approximately 5–10 minutes, and the Titanic Museum is around 10 minutes as well.
Downtown Gatlinburg is about 20 minutes, putting the Space Needle and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies within easy reach. Anakeesta and Ober Gatlinburg add another 5 minutes beyond that. The Gatlinburg entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is approximately 25 minutes. Sevierville's Tanger Outlets are about 15–20 minutes, and Parkway groceries and restaurants are just 5–10 minutes away.
The resort road stays quiet and wooded, so you get a real mountain-escape feel at night while staying close to everything else.
Other Things to Note:
Paved parking fits up to three vehicles at the top of the driveway. Like much of the Smoky Mountains, the driveway is paved but steep — plan accordingly if you're in a lower-clearance vehicle or towing. Once parked at the top, you're set. There's no EV charging on-site, so plan a charging stop along the Parkway if needed.
Dogs are welcome — please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. The gas fireplace runs seasonally, October 1 through March 1. There's ongoing construction nearby, so expect some daytime noise; evenings stay quiet.
Early check-in may be available on request: $100 for 8–12 PM, or $50 after 1 PM, confirmed the night before arrival. Starting November 1, guests must submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement through our secure system, used strictly to verify bookings.
Please treat the cabin and neighborhood with the same respect you'd want for your own home — we respond quickly if you need anything.
Interaction with Guests:
You'll have the entire cabin by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
