What a wonderful family vacation. The cabin is beautiful with breathtaking views. Short drive to all of the main attractions. My grandbabies loved the Anakkeesta mountin coaster park along with the Sevierville city park. This city park is nothing I have ever seen in a city-huge pool with diving boards, water slides, bowling, splash pad, huge playground with grass cushy turf with concession stands and icecream-all for 6.00. Our family made some amazing memories here I will cherish forever

Karen’s cabin was the perfect selection. We wanted to relax and unwind not do a lot of site seeing. The cabin was very comfortable and had great amenities like a pool table, video game, and hot tub! Mountain Getaway

The property had everything that we needed for our trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. We wanted to be outside of the busy downtown areas but still be conveniently located to the National Park. The property was quiet and had good views of the sunset over the smokies. There were a couple hiccups with our stay, but Karen was extremely responsive and helpful to try to make it right.

Perfect intro to the Smoky Mtns

This was the perfect location for our family get-together! From evening chats on the patio with great views to lively games of pool, this was a great place for us to all reconnect. The location is ideal for getting to the national park and the various attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed. Awesome location with great view

We loved our stay at this cabin! The views were awesome and the location couldn’t be better. The only thing I would advise for future renters is that the driveway is EXTREMELY steep. We were all okay, my Toyota Corolla was the smallest of our vehicles and it did fine but I definitely bottomed out every time. This cabin is wonderful, the owner was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had, and was definitely worth every penny. The driveway is the only thing you might want to ask the property owner more about before booking.

Breathtaking View

We all loved staying at this property! There were 9 adults with plenty of room for all of us. The best part was sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. We visited Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains but it was so busy due to beautiful weather this time of year. So we could have spent the entire 4 days just hanging out here. The grocery store was close and we had big family dinners in the good size dining area. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals.

Family Time!

This property is absolutely amazing! We travel a lot with our family and I have to say this was one of our favorite places that we have stayed. The views from the mountain top cannot be described. There are so many beautiful windows overlooking the mountains in every room! The cabin is three full stories so there was plenty of room for my family of 10! Everyone had their own space. The owner was so kind and communicated with us when needed. We will be back! If you are trying to decide on the perfect cabin, look no further than this one!

Ladybug Manor

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in a beautiful home that met all our expectations, except for the ladybugs. Next time, I'll avoid booking during ladybug season, as I couldn't relax with thousands around—just not a bug person. Perfect cabin getaway

Let me begin by expressing how wonderful our Thanksgiving was at Karen's cabin. The festive Christmas trees at the entrance added a cozy touch, and we appreciated the cleanliness and warm sheets provided. The game room became our favorite spot. Although we were without WiFi, as Karen had informed us beforehand, we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. The lack of WiFi encouraged quality time and a deeper appreciation of our surroundings. The steep driveway, a contrast to Florida's flat terrain, required caution but was absolutely worthwhile for the stunning view.

Beautiful Pigeon Forge Home

We had a great time at the cabin in Pigeon Forge. While in a development it was secluded feeling with cabins not easily seen from decks and windows. The communication with the host was very quick and effective. The house is very comfortable with two sets of carpeted stairs and a door to the outside from every room! The turn into the driveway is a little tricky but doable with front or 4wd, probably with Rwd if dry or you get a little momentum. We had 4wd and a hitch rack on our expedition and we managed to get in and out. We heard a number of unique wild birds that really was enjoyable (there are actually trees adjacent to the cabin...not stacked next door to another home. We hope we will be able to return again soon.

The cabin and location were great, and Karen was very responsive and communicative. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant Asian Lady Beetle infestation and cleanliness issues that caused a lot of stress and detracted from our vacation. The beetles were everywhere—including beds, closets, and bathrooms. They were falling on the dinner table as we ate and on our faces as we slept — which was very upsetting and stressful. And, while we realize that everyone has different cleanliness standards and opinions on what is considered acceptable, this cabin needs an exceptionally good and thorough cleaning – and we have the pictures that show it. Not sure if the cleaning crew was actually there between our stay and those who stayed before us, but it was not clean. Between that and the beetle infestation, we spent a great deal of time cleaning and vacuuming on our vacation.Karen did offer to send the cleaning crew (which we declined as we did not want strangers coming in to clean while all our stuff was there) and refunded the cleaning fee, which we appreciated, but the overall experience – especially for the holiday premium rate we paid - was extremely disappointing.
