Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is 10am. Put coffee pot & filter basket in dishwasher too. Put trash in bear-proof bins outside; leave trash that won't fit INSIDE THE CABIN. No food in fridges, freezers, pantry or kitchen.
Place towels in a bathtub (no need to strip beds). Thermostat 55F in winter, 75F in summer. Cover the hot tub. Lock all windows and doors. Turn off all lights and small appliances.

Location was great, however if the room configuration is important to you, ask exactly how the rooms are setup before booking. The listing/sleeping arrangements are inaccurate. Outside areas and decks are amazing, kitchen is too small for this size house.

Host was the best I have ever dealt with through VRBO.Very attentive to whatever we needed. Pool wasn't quite ready for my group of 9 grandchildren but as soon as that was mentioned she got it take care of PRONTO! Every single bit of the process of this stay was so very easy and it accomodated my family of 17. My grandchildren will have memories forever. The home was so incredible, plenty of room, bathrooms, views. a couple of days were just chilling while kids had arcades, rock wall, movie room, they didn't even miss the pool if adults needed time out from pool therefore EVERYBODY was entertained at home as well as visiting surrounding venues of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. WINNER ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!
