House was even better than expected. Everyone had their own bathroom which is always a plus getting ready for all the adventures Tennessee has to offer. Location was easy to get to and close to all the attractions. View from the back deck is absolutely stunning and yes, an early morning jogger saw the black bear! Made many memories with my kids and grandkids it truly was a vacation to remember!

Annual ladies family trip

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we wanted to stay at the same place this year! However, there were some issues with cleanliness (candy crumbs on beds, found a pair of earrings on top of a dresser, crumbs all over the floor) Not enough towels for the upstaurs bedroom.
