You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
PET FRIENDLY! Amazing Mountain Views! Hot Tub, Pool Table, Gas grill, and quiet.
We love pets! The cabin is perched on the side of Hatcher Mountain about one mile from Wears Valley Rd on a paved county road. From the windows, you face Cove Mountain in Wears Valley and the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy the privacy of our place. Currently , there is only one cabin to the left of our cabin. To the right, 2 are being built and 2 are already finished. It is located close to the Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge (9 miles), and Gatlinburg (18 miles). There are 3 bedrooms, one in the loft, one on the main level, and one in the basement. The loft and main level each have a queen sized bed. The basement bedroom has queen over a queen bunk bed and a sofa sleeper in the large game room. Each level has a full bathroom. Also in the loft is an office equipped with a desk, TV and bean bag chairs. A washer and dryer is located on the main level with a half bath. The living and dining area on the main level allows you to enjoy the awesome view through an entire wall of windows. If you get tired of the view, the living area has comfortable seating to enjoy the gas fireplace, reading, or the flat screen TV. Cabin is equipped with high speed internet. Besides a bedroom and bathroom, the downstairs level includes a pool table, game table, and TV. On the main level there are decks on either side of the house to enjoy the views, relax in the hot tub, eat your meals on the outdoor table, or cook on the gas grill. There is a concrete patio on the basement level to enjoy the sunset. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for your family and friends.
There is ample parking for 3-5 cars or a few cars and a boat or a small trailer.

Please keep dogs off of the furniture and beds. Please clean up after your dog if it goes in the yard.
If you have a large group and need two cabins nearby, there is a rental cabin next door to our cabin called 'A Sight to See' that is listed though our Co-Hosts!

We had an amazing stay, such a beautiful cabin and away from the madness of Gatlinburg. We had everything we needed and the cabin was nearly new. The views of Wears Valley were amazing. Very comfortable and well equipped for a great family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood kid and pet friendly. It was clean and the owner put in the small details such as Christmas decor and hooks to hang all of our coats etc.

Awesome cabin with Amazing views
We had a wonderful fun filled time at Cherie’s Chalet. We celebrated 4 generations over fall break. The view of the sunrise and the mountains as the mist slowly disappeared was beautiful! There is everything you need to make the best family memories!

Perfect for our family. Fairly easy to get to. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking purposes. Very nice washer and dryer. All of the beds were amazing. Best mattresses ever in a rental. The views were absolutely amazing. Many family memories made.

Great getaway!
Easy check in process and great views! We like to be in the mountains but not IN the mountains. No major switchback roads other than the main road into town and the road the house is on may be narrow but definitely easy to traverse. Relaxing weekend vacations should definitely look at this cabin!

Had such a great experience! Cabin was super clean and my family loved it. Plenty of space for our family of 6 + dog.
View (in summer) was amazing!!
We loved the location- being away from the cities but close enough to both Pigeon Forge (15min) & Gatlinburg (30min) to hang out for the day.
Overall, we are very impressed and had a great time! Thank you Cheri for a great family vacation home base!
Definitely recommend and if we vacation here again…we will stay here! :)

Fantastic cabin!
This is a great cabin. The view is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. It was spacious for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids), which we enjoyed. It was so convenient to have 3 1/2 bathrooms with 3 showers. The location was perfect for us. It is relatively central to all the places we want to visit when we come to TN (GSMNP, Townsend, Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg). The kids loved the pool table. We will definitely check to see if it’s available when we plan our next trip to the Smokies.
