The cabin was just as described and as expected. It's close to the main road and has a flat parking area. The grill was easy to use. The hot tub was clean and mostly private. The jetted tub was nice. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. We would definitely rent it again. The staff was great.
We had the best stay at this cabin! The fireplace just made the whole room cozy and enjoyable. The place was very clean and the hot tub was perfect on the chilly nights. This cabin was close to pigeon forge and not that far of a drive to Gatlinburg. We cannot wait to come back here again!
Cabin was clean and cozy. Fireplace was amazing. Even decorated for Christmas. We loved the mountain cabin feel with proximity to everything!! And not having a treacherous drive up steep mountain terrain. We will stay with Olde Mill again!
Pictures didn’t do this place justice, it really is the best cabin we stayed in and the location was pretty nice too. We will definitely be coming back her again.
The location was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. The jacuzzi was so nice and loved that it was private. The cabin had everything we needed. The local artisan touches was a nice touch.
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we had the BEST time! The cabin is so cozy and very clean. The host is wonderful and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone! Definately a 10/10!
Cozy, cute bear themed cabin with all the amenities you need. Love that there are other cabins nearby, gives a campground atmosphere which makes you feel safe yet still get the mountain woods atmosphere. Close to all the tourist areas! Loved it and highly recommend
The space was perfect for 2 people. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was everything we needed. The cabin was easy to find and right off the main parkway so it was close to everything. The hot tub was definitely the best part and we got in it every night! We stayed in and cooked one night and we had everything we needed to make our meal. We would definitely stay here again.
Weekend of shopping and relaxation! Property manager, Shelley, was wonderful and so accommodating. The cabin was a perfect size and so cute and clean! Love the gas log fireplace and location of cabin was minutes away from where we wanted to go!
The cabin was clean and everything in order. Hot tub was clean and warm. Appliances are a bit dated but work without issue and had enough pots and pans to cook dinner with.
The location is easy to get to but tucked far enough away from the main road to be quite and peaceful. Would certainly stay again next time I'm visiting the smokies.
We loved the cabin! Perfect for the two of us to have a little romantic getaway. Although the cabin is in a neighborhood, it was quiet and peaceful. Did not have any disturbances. The fireplace was the best feature to me!
Beautiful cabin and provided a wonderful anniversary getaway. Could use a little more silverware and a better cleaning of the deck a d under the bed. Bed was comfortable, however a ittle noisey when you roll over.
Property was great!!! Everything was dreamy and wonderful for a 2 night stay for us Loved the fireplace and the bed was incredibly comfortable
Only thing was the 21 steps up to the cabin from the ground level parking place As much as we loved the way it was done up the steps were daunting for me at this stage of life
This is our second time at Bear Hugs. It is convenient to the Sevierville Convention Center. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils we needed to prepare meals. Check in and check out was very convenient. The cabin is cozy. It is neat but could use a deep cleaning. We even saw a bear when we were pulling out on day!

Cabin stay
Overall we would stay again, just would have expected a bit more for the price we paid. The bathroom had tiny bugs all over the counter , that I had to keep killing and the remote didn’t have batteries . We tried to grill out one night and had to go out and buy a lighter because the ignitor didn’t work and the lighter there didn’t work. The check in and check out was smooth and for the most part everything was what we hoped . Good location and beautiful cabin.
