Beach access via a private gated sundeck includes beachfront loungers and umbrellas with a private staircase to the barefoot sandy beach. Accessible by elevator from each residence, the exclusive rooftop terrace features a private cabana for each residenceóan unprecedented feature in Cayman residential development. The Sands boasts one of the largest rooftop pools on Grand Cayman with mesmerizing touch-the-sky views overlooking Seven Mile Beach. The Sands ensures rooftop accessibility for all guests with a wheelchair-accessible elevator plus a wheelchair lift to access the pool deck and cabanas.
