*Note* The beach in front of Cayman Reef has become very active over the last two years. The summer waves tend to shift the sand north and the winter waves shift the sand back south to us in Nov/Dec. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through November. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef. Happy to say there is beach out front as of Dec 2025 and will likely be there until June/July.
We provide folding beach chairs so that you can access the beach next door (or elsewhere on the Island) if visiting during a time when our water is up to the wall.

Our condo is located at Cayman Reef Resort in the heart of the action on Seven Mile Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom and and WIFI internet throughout the unit. We also include a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US and provide a local cell phone for you to use during your visit.
We have paid attention to detail to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, set of wine glasses, serving dishes and knife block to name just a few. We have added high quality bedding and towels to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects. We also want you and your valuables to feel secure so you will find a safe in the condo.
We located on a beautiful, wide section of Seven Mile Beach close to all amenities. Enjoy snorkeling directly in front of the complex and easy access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc) a short walk away at the Royal Palms beach bar.
A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or scuba diving. Also within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town.
Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will also find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining.
As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM very close by.
Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus.
As we live in the same complex, we offer you the additional benefit of being close by should you need anything. We include a welcome package of some of our favorite things to do on-island and where to find all of the necessities. We are also able to arrange babysitting should you require such services.
We purchased this condo in 2013 and really hope that you will enjoy Cayman and the Cayman Reef Resort as much as we do!

I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. This is a very clean, well furnished, comfortable place with a very comfortable bed. The owner is very responsive to any questions or needs and this condo is very well stocked with amenities. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay at the Cayman Reef Resort. The staff were responsive. Location convenient. The written condo guide was so helpful. Beach every morning and every night. We will be back!
Trinda was an excellent communicator and facilitator. She happened to have an empty unit closer to the beach, and she upgraded us at the last minute. Cayman Reef is kept clean, and is in a prime location within walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. The pool area was quiet and guests were mostly families.
Trinda was amazing! Communication with her was super easy. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The sheets on the bed felt like butter, matress was great too. We slept like babies. It is located steps within the beach, we enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Trinda checked in with us to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need once we checked in. Was super accommodating with every request. Her condo manual about the island and all her recommendations of things to do and restaurants to eat at is extensive & amazing!!! Don’t bother grabbing brochures at the airport! You won’t need them, haha. We will be back to the island for sure! Thank you Trinda for an unforgettable stay!

This area is one of the prettiest on seven mile beach. The unit is a great size for two people, and it was well stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. The pool, beach and grounds are beautiful.
My husband and I stayed at this condo for 8 nights! It was our first visit to Grand Cayman. The condo was clean and in a great location near restaurants that were walkable. I would definitely recommend staying here! The owner was very responsive, too!
I visit Grand Cayman/Seven Mile Beach 2-3 times per year and this was one of my favorite experiences yet! Location is perfect. Very quiet and couldn’t hear noise from anyone else during the stay! Trinda was spectacular to work with! I look forward to staying here again.

We’ve been to Grand Cayman before and this area of Seven Mile Beach is our preferred area. If you’re not going to rent a car then this is where you should stay. There are so many things within walking distance.
Cayman Reef condos is a nicely laid out community. It is on the beach and also offers a nice size pool. Our unit was very lovely and had everything we needed.
This was a wonderful 1 bedroom condo! Pool and ocean were super close. Beach was amazing for swimming and always somewhere to sit. Pickle ball rackets were included and we enjoyed playing daily. Laundry, blender and electric BBQ were great to have. Screened in porch was a fabulous place to relax in at anytime.

Beautiful Condo, Centrally Located, Private Beach, Above & Beyond Hospitality
We will definitely rent this condo again! The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Newly renovated condo with new appliances, new flooring and new televisions. The bath towels were Ralph Lauren. New king size mattress was very comfortable. Plenty of closet and dresser space. No need to rent a car, many restaurants withing walking distance. We felt safe walking anywhere, anytime and taking the bus to George Town. The owner provides laundry soap with the washer and dryer in the unit. The screened in patio has a table and four chairs. The pool is right outside the patio door. Walk 200 feet from the patio door to the private beach. The beach is incredible! Clean, white sand, and walking the seven mile beach is a great walk everyday. The ocean floor on seven mile beach is soft and sandy. Many people snorkel right in front of the resort.
The owner sends an email with restaurants & activities recommendations & travel tips before you arrive. We highly recommend renting from this owner...you will not be disappointed!

The condo complex was by the beach which made the location perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable, as well as well furnished. Location was close to Camana Bay where there is great shopping and restaurants.
I originally booked a 1-bedroom unit but due to some other reservations, she upgraded me to the 3-bedroom at no additional charge. Unit was in great condition with all items in the kitchen needed to cook every night. Communication with the PM was top notch and had absolutely no issues. Would definitely rent with her again!
This is an excellent property located right on the beach. The check in process was easy and the location was clean. Everything you need is right there or within walking distance. Our trip was cut short due to the island shutting down from COVID-19, but we will definitely be back!

The location was perfect! The condo featured great amenities. Beautiful view of the pool, easy walk to the liquor store and many restaurants. There was coffee to make some java and olive oil to cook our food. Bed was very comfortable. Television had all the channels and more. The beach was beautiful!
