On the 3rd floor with lift, you will stay in a very nice 3 rooms new and tastefully furnished for 6 people. You will enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, you will find a spacious living room with TV and sofa bed overlooking a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge / freezer) , dishwasher, cupboard). For the beds, you will have two rooms at your disposotion of which one with a bed in 160 and the other with two small bed in 90 ideal for the children. The bathroom has a shower, the toilet is independent with washing machine. You will also have access to two secure private parking in the basement of the residence. Sehr sicheres Objekt. Sehr ruhig. Das einzige was man hört ist das pfeiffen des Windes. Zwei Parkplätze in der ersten Etage der Tiefgarage, somit auch ein sicherer Abstellort für mitgebrachte Fahrräder gegeben. PKW mit Dachbox - befahren der Tiefgarage nicht möglich.
