"I arrived late due to work, and was met with nothing but warm welcome. I went straight to bed as an early start. I was offered breakfast at 7:30 so I could get on my way, which was cooked fresh and was brilliant. Top people, I’ll be back. "

"This pub is a hidden gem! The building is a truly traditional English Pub and serves deliciously proper pub grub. The accommodation is extremely clean and comfy, decorated and fitted out to a high quality. Superb welcome and great stay, highly recommended. Convenient location for visiting this part of Norfolk."

"This was our 2nd year to Grange Manor and it never fails to disappoint us. We all (20) of us had a fantastic time, the house itself is amazing as are the grounds. We used the main dining room this year for a "Bridgerton's Breakfast" it really does set the scene! There is plenty of cookware, glasses, mugs, storage, garden seating, garden games and a BBQ that we took full advantage of with having beautiful weather.Thank you so much Gerry and staff...unfortunately we are unable to return in 2026, 2027 we shall be back (if you will have us!?)"

"Stayed 1 night while attending a family wedding at Hockwold Hall. We had rooms 11 & 12 made into a family room for the 4 of us. It was absolutely perfect with a separate bedroom and additional, separate toilet. Bathroom had a skylight so you could look at the stars while relaxing in the spacious bath. The venue even arranged transport for us (additional cost) to get us too and from Hockwold Hall. Breakfast was delicious."

"Had a great one night stay here in a very large apartment, I would describe it as "Shabby Chic" and although it would benefit from a bit of redecoration the size and facilities were excellent, we had dinner at the restaurant below and this was very good and reasonably priced, staff were all very helpful and friendly and we got an early check in which was handy. My only criticism would be that as this is an old property the windows were of a sash style and only single glazed, this meant that the noise levels in the bedroom were extremely high, first with nightlife and then again at 4am with the Seagulls screeching, this isn't the fault of the property but worth mentioning and I would recommend packing some earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Overall at this price point though a great stay in an excellent location."
