this property is the worst place i have ever stayed at. the building needs to be rehabbed. The location is great just need to clean up the place.

Far from fancy but a stellar location. Also, free parking nearby. Unfortunately no wifi, but you can try the town’s somewhat weak wifi.

Price is fair for what it offers. Staff is nice - Checkout is quite early. Place does not offer a place to change in case you go out to the mountains and come back. - no minibar. - Check-in is done in another hotel down the street. no staff most of the day.

hotel overbooked, asked us to stay in sister hotel
Despite paying in full three months prior to arriving, we were kept hanging around for a half hour before being told that they had overbooked rooms and moved us to the sister hotel Grand Hotel Duchi D'Aosta, which everyone calls the White Tower. The Torre was still used for the ski hire and ski storage. The ski hire was very reasonably priced.The rest of my review is listed under Grand Hotel Duchi D'Aosta. Totally unforgivable to overbook and ask clients to stay in another hotel.

Good, clean, well positioned hotel, basic but fine. Main comment is that it was chilly in bedroom at night and could have done with a duvet not 2 half sized blankets on the bed.

Basic but adequate
Fine if you are happy with a fairly basic experience. This is a classic 2 star hotel. Was totally adequate for a 40-somethings boys ski trip. Bathroom very small - barely room to lie shower matt flat - but shower perfectly fine. Breakfast fairly limited. Bread not always the freshest! Big plus - great location right by the slopes.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your precious opinion. We underline that our Hotel is a three stars one. It is appreciated in particular by adults. The bathrooms are big enought for a comfortable stay, but the most space is reserved to the bedrooms. Considering the price, breakfast is not so poor. You can find ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, fruit salad, croissants, biscuits, fruit juices, jam, milk, tea, American coffee. Bread is served fresh everyday. We are very glad that you appreciated the location. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

great location in major need of investment
The hotel is idealy located on the slopes, but in its currrnt condition would be better marketed as a youth hostel .

Excellent value hotel with great service
The Hotel Torre is a little dated and could do with a lick of paint. That said, it is excellent value, right next to the lifts and the staff could not have been more helpful. Really great staff. Breakfast is good too.

Camera poco scaldata, le finestre vecchie con spifferi , tende oscuranti che nn coprivano tutti i vetri, letto cigolante e scomodo. In compenso colazione abbondante e struttura attaccata alle poste di sci. Affittò materiale x sciare a prezzi bassissimi

Non si capisce come Expedia possa mettere 3 stelle: a parte la posizione, il resto è un vero disastro. L'entrata esterna sembra quella di un edificio in abbandono: scalini mezzi rotti e pericolanti, sporcizia e cicche di sigarette dappertutto. Dentro non migliora: linoleum sollevato, pareti scrostate arredi vecchi di 30 anni. Arrivati al mattino, in attesa della camera pronta alle 16, chiediamo dove posso cambiarci per andare a sciare e ci rispondono nel bagno...! Rientrati alle 16:30 dallo sci scopriamo che la reception è aperta dalle 9 alle 12 e dalle 17 alle 22 (Expedia scrive 24h)...mai visto una cosa del genere in un 3 stelle. Dopo aver aspettato 40 minuti, alle 17:10 nessuno arrivava e così siamo andati nell'altro loro hotel (torre bianca) che è ad un centinaio di metri. Riesco ad avvicinarmi per chiedere informazioni ed una signorina piuttosto stizzita mi risponde che oggi il suo collega sarebbe arrivato alle 18 e non alle 17. Per salire sull'ascensore ci siamo fatti un'attesa di un quarto d'ora: uno solo dei 2 funziona. La camera piccola e sporca: muffa nella doccia, persino sulle piastrelle, peli e capelli nelle lenzuola, copriletti rattoppati a mano e pieni di macchie. Due mini saponette e niente sciampo o bagnoschiuma. Niente bidet. Grata del termosifone rotta che mi cade addosso e sul termosifone un paio di calzini abbandonati di qualcun altro. Il mattino siamo scappati senza nemmeno fare colazione. Vergogna!

Gammelt gammelt slidt hotel. Dørene ind til værelserne kan ikke låses… Elevatoren virkede ikke - vi boede på 5 etage!

Hotel zona centrale veramente comodo a tutto! L’unica pecca il servizio degli ascensori tutte e due fuori uso con camere al 9º piano un po’ scomodo per il resto carino!

Comoda per piste da sci e centro città ma le tessere per accedere alle camere si sono smagnetizzate più volte, l'ascensore funzionava raramente e fare 6 piani ogni volta a piedi non è stato il massimo soprattutto all'arrivo e alla partenza

Dati negativi : Mosche ovunque, nessun cambio di asciugamani, informazioni personali alla mercé di chiunque sul tavolo della reception(legge sulla privacy questa sconosciuta) con operaio della struttura che mi ha stalkerata , ascensori quasi sempre non funzionanti, solo una saponetta in dotazione, colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità Dati positivi : posizione, stanza calda, letto comodo

Ho conosciuto questa struttura nel 2011 ed è rimasta esattamente la stressa… Era vecchia all’epoca ed è rimasta uguale, forse solo è stata tolta un po’ di moquette in alcune zone dell’hotel e nelle camere. I copriletti lisi, strutture letto danneggiate, doccia con viti arrugginite a vista… e anche la pulizia ahimè lasciava a desiderare (ho fatto 2 notti e alle 14 del giorno dopo l’arrivo la camera non è stata fatta e non è stata rifatta neanche nel corso della giornata) nelle camere ma anche al ristorante (macchie sul tovagliato). Personale di sala alla colazione poco attento, in tanti ne compresa abbiamo chiesto di mettere pane, prosciutto, latte… Resta il punto effettivamente strategico della struttura… ma ad un certo punto una ristrutturazione È D’OBBLIGO.

È stata una brutta esperienza a causa di una maleducazione generale del personale,in primis Stefano alla reception, seguito a ruota dal barista. La colazione e la cena sono di bassa qualità(c’è anche poca scelta). Le camere da letto sono purtroppo piccole e scomode con un solo misero e fino cuscino. La posizione dell’albergo però è perfetta!

Check-in dopo 2 ore dell’orario accordato, entrati nella stanza non abbiamo trovato ne asciugamani ne sapone, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a spezzoni, clima nella stanza non buono, molta umidità. Nel complesso direi che se non si hanno aspettative e si vuole solo tener conto della posizione va bene, altrimenti meglio cercare altro.

bien pour un séjour d'une nuit
Très bien pour une nuit, car dans notre chambre, la salle de bain était minuscule et comme l'hôtel est dans une tour en colimaçon, il y a une marche dans la chambre entre le lit et la salle de bain.

Struttura "basica" (aree comuni e camere avrebbero bisogno di un "lifting"), ma perfetta per lo sci (parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, ski room e biglietterie e piste facilmente raggiungibili a piedi). Assolutamente scorretto pubblicizzare sul sito web la disponibilità della piscina che in questa stagione non è mai stata aperta (e ancora più irritante la giustificazione fornita: "nelle FAQ del profilo Instagram dell'hotel c'era scritto ..." ,
