Step into a bright and beautifully designed coastal retreat where contemporary comfort meets relaxed beach living. Filled with natural light and soothing blue-and-white tones, the villa offers spacious open-plan living areas that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

The main living area features high ceilings, windows up to 5 metres wide, a cosy fireplace lounge with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining and sitting areas overlooking the pool and garden. The open layout creates a constant sense of space, light, and connection with the outdoors.

The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and entertaining: an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, espresso machine, blender, kettle, and more.

Downstairs

The ground floor features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all with underfloor heating:

• A spacious en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in shower, open closet area, and direct access to the pool.
• A second bedroom with bunk beds, an additional pull-out bed, a workspace, a dressing area, and direct access to the garden.
• An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower near the living area.

Upstairs

A modern staircase leads to two additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large balcony:

• A bright bedroom with a loft-style double bed, two single beds, a workspace, a dressing area, and access to the balcony. (The loft bed is especially suitable for children.)
• A private en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, dressing area, and walk-in shower.
• An additional full bathroom in the hallway.

All rooms are airy, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with air conditioning and heating, high-quality mattresses, professionally laundered linens, hypoallergenic bedding, and fresh towels. Pool towels are also provided.

POOL, GARDEN & OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor area was designed for long sunny days, relaxed evenings, and memorable moments together.

Enjoy the large saltwater pool with a shallow lounging area, comfortable sunbeds, exotic umbrellas, Brazilian hammocks, and several cosy corners to relax in the sea breeze.

The outdoor dining area features a custom-made BBQ with a grill and wood-fired oven—perfect for long summer meals with family and friends. Nearby, a fire pit lounge creates the ideal setting for sunset drinks and evening gatherings.

An outdoor bathroom by the pool adds extra convenience after days at the beach or swimming.

Located just 800 metres from the beach and lagoons of Lagoa de Albufeira, the villa offers a unique blend of the ocean, calm lagoon waters, and surrounding pine forests. Perfect for beach days, water sports, nature walks, remote work, and peaceful coastal getaways.

Private parking for several cars is available on the property.

For stays longer than 10 days, a complimentary weekly cleaning service is included to help keep the villa in excellent condition throughout your stay. This service includes general cleaning, as well as fresh linens and towel replacement. Please note that it does not include cleaning personal belongings or removing household waste.
Use of the house and outdoor areas is restricted to registered guests.
Registered guests are not permitted to be replaced by new guests during their stay.
No events or parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of noise levels, as we have neighbors.

No running around the pool—it can be slippery.
