It has several HEATED POOLS, FOOTBALL COURT AND GAME ROOM, ACCESS TO HOT RIVER. NEAR HOT PARK 900METERS, AND 300METERS FROM THE CENTER.  
A flet in the esplanade district, Rio Quente, where there are several shops, restaurants, and 700 meters from Hot Park Water Park.   
The Flet is new, has 10 various hot pools, and 2 hot tubs, 1 waterslide and another space in which the hot Rio passes inside the complex, soccer field, games room and playground.
