"What a great place to stay in Costa Rica. The staff is outstanding and helpful in every single way. The room was excellent, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, and a front Lanai that is unbelievable."

"Nice cozy place in the mountains. Very helpful staff. We arrived in rain and wind and checking staff gave us an umbrella and walked in front the car to show the way in the dark and fog to our hut. Huts are nice and create true mountain traveller experience. My only comments related to potential improvements are: 1. It gets cold at night in the mountains. Small electric heater provided is too small to warm the room. Larger heater would be better. 2. Fire place in the room is an amazing idea but we couldn’t get the wood to light up even with lighter fluid probably because of high humidity. Would suggest small lighter log, that always does the trick to dry and light up the firewood. "

"My room was very clean and nice. My bathroom was huge. The service was exceptional. The family that runs the hotel they are the most helpful friendliest and positive people that I have ran into in a long time my room was across from the pool and of course, it was beautiful, especially at night then you had the breathtaking views of the property when I say breathtaking, that is an understatement of how beautiful the property is. This is an absolute must and let’s not start with the cost. I did not expect what I walked into and I am so happy that’s where I ended up my trip turned out better than I expected. this hotel was perfect and I enjoyed every minute on this property because the views his self are so breathtaking. He just can’t get enough of it, so yes, you will be very happy that you stayed here"
