The Space: The property includes: • Approx. 60 m² of living space • 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) • 1 cabin bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm) • Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils • Shower room with large walk-in shower • Separate toilet • Large outdoor terrace for meals or relaxing • Electric heating Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. Self check-in is possible with a secure key box, or a personalised welcome can be arranged depending on your arrival time. Private parking space included. The Neighborhood: The house is located 300 metres from the beach, in a quiet area of Valras-Plage. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find: shops, restaurants, market and cycle paths.
