Serenity Gardens Memorial Park

The property itself was nice and clean. The staff was extremely nice! The location was good too. The room didn’t allow for 4 people to sit comfortably. A couch and an odd shaped chair that no one wanted to sit in because it was not comfortable. Our balcony didn’t have a table as stated it would. The WiFi was very spotty which is a pain.

Very clean and modern property located in an ideal location on Clearwater Beach. The property was very well maintained and the pool staff were great. We had many days of on and off rain, which can be very frustrating, but the staff handled it well and quickly, all while being very friendly and people centered. I appreciated that the pool is beautiful and that the staff aren’t super up tight about the roles (e.g. some kids, like my child, had rafts and toys that we were able to use respectfully). My only qualm was around service at both the valet and the bell hop service. I know they run a tight ship and bring the car around quickly, but often what was missing was the friendly, customer first service, which made our initial arrival unnecessarily stressful. The day manager at the valet was very kind and friendly.
