We stayed at a one room condo. Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. They didn't have land line phone to talk to front desk. We used our cell phone and our request was promptly fulfilled.

You have to pay to swim. The harbor side resort is different from new connection. The hotel doesn’t have anything to really offer but a free beach. Lovely rooms, very clean.

Check in is at 4. Then you get 1 free pass per room to enjoy the Waterpark until 6. Otherwise it's $20/ person. But after 6, you can only use the pool. It would be good for people staying multiple days and could make use of the splash park. It just wasn't fully transparent ahead of time when I booked that we would only be able to utilize it for 2 hours after check in and even then have to pay extra. Honestly, we left after an hour and went somewhere else right on the beach. The walls were thin. Tv remote was nonexistent with no buttons on the TV. Had to walk a mile to even ask questions about anything. I would not recommend though. The place gave me anxiety.

This property is great it had the best of both worlds. The water park was great my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it very much and the beach is just across the street. Good restaurants are in walking distance and it’s in a quiet part of the strip we always enjoy Indian Rocks

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The coffee pot did not work well it should be replaced. The air-conditioning was loud when you were in the bedroom since those fans are right there on the balcony other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. It could be a little noisy due to the waterpark but that depends on where your room is located. Checking in and checking out was simple. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking garage was a plus since it kept your vehicle out of the sun and you could walk to restaurants, stores and to the beach, you actually did not have to do much driving unless you chose to. It was a very relaxing vacation.

We love this place. The amenities are great, location is perfect, and the condo setup is so great for our bigger family! The condo itself was a bit dirty, the refrigerator leaked, the sink in the main bathroom barley drained, and the front desk does not allow Instacart drop offs to their office, so guiding a driver to you was slightly difficult

We rented 2 suites for our annual family vacation. Both units were clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, laundry, dishwashing and bath essentials. Parking is very convenient and seemed plentiful. The best part of the facility is the staff! Everyone is eager to please and prompt to answer any requests for service or repairs.
