Holiday Home 'La Colombaia Dei Pagliai' with Private Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

In Querceta’s olive-lined countryside just behind Forte dei Marmi, this 150 m² home has a private hot tub, private garden and covered terrace: Versilia’s coast and the Apuan Alps are minutes apart.



Viareggio Carnival 2027: floats parade along the seafront a few kilometres away. Parades: Saturday 30 January; Thursday 4, Sunday 7, Tuesday 9, Sunday 14 and Saturday 20 February.



Sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms and one twin. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub; the private kitchen is equipped. Heating, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels are included. The fenced property has one on-site parking space. One pet is welcome at no extra charge but must stay outdoors; events are not allowed.



Unwind outdoors after a day at the beach or on the trails.



The beach is 4.5 km away as the crow flies (about 6.5 km by car). Nearby are:

Forte dei Marmi’s centre, with its pier, shops and Wednesday and Sunday market.

Pietrasanta, with marble workshops and art exhibitions in the square.



The Apuan Alps rise behind the house. Seravezza is a gateway to the park: visit the UNESCO-listed Palazzo Mediceo, home to the Museum of Work and Folk Traditions of Historic Versilia, and the disused marble quarries favoured by Michelangelo, open to visitors. Trails into the Apuan Alps Park start here, including routes to Monte Folgorito and the remains of the Gothic Line.



Querceta’s traditions include the Palio dei Micci donkey race on the first Sunday in May. Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre are within day-trip reach; return to the peace of the olive groves each evening.
