Early check in was provided when we arrived at 11.00. Due to change in circumstances, they swapped our rooms from twins to doubles. Excellent staff with a great breakfast. Easy walk to the city centre woth bus and metro stops near by.

Property itself is nice but requested an iron and it ruined clothes because it stained them with an orange residue. Outdated amenities. Overpriced for quality if room and amenities provided.

This is a very nice hotel in the walled city. Views are beautiful and the food is very good. Service was nice but a bit unorganized. We had some trouble with our room so they upgraded us to a suite. This is an old property (formerly the bishops house) and needs some upgrades like carpet and paint, par for the course with these older properties.
