We believe they are small cockroaches but the admin denied. The photos are very outdated. All the assets in the room are super old. There are mold/fungus grown on the bed head. The TV was 15 inches wide? After we make enquiry and complaint, we manage to swap to another room which is slightly better with 42 inch TV and slightly cleaner room. However, there is hole right on top of the shower tap. It makes us feel very uncomfortable to take our shower. Toiletries wasn't provided until we ask for it. Dire qu’on était dans un super 4 étoiles qu’on avait payé pas plus cher que cette chambre. Par contre il y avait un homme qui était très gentil et serviable qui vous montent les bagages et vous les redescend.
