The airline I was flying with's counter was closed, not opening until 4:10 am and the hotel as stated was beyond immigration, etc. I was unable to get to the hotel by any other means. Extremely disappointed with Expedia, who I use regularly without any problems. When the young man came, he says he need to see the booking because their system cannot trace by name. COMFORT The "bed" was better than an old business class seat but not a flat bed. When requested, they provided a blanket which I really am not sure if it was clean. They do not have any pillows. Did not have the free massage as had to wait and it was late.
