I stayed in this place for two weeks. Comparing Shilla Stay Socho, it wasn't very good for three reasons:
1. Staffs are not kind – most answers were "NO" or "I don't know." Ex. I needed to buy some clothes to change because my luggage arrived late. To my question: "where to buy casual clothes near here" the front desk staff said, "I don't know."
Someone kept trying to open my room door at night, so I called the front desk. About 30 min later, the front desk called me back to say, "we checked all cameras. The person next door did." It happened again. Then the response was, "I don't know."
2. The room was not clean -- the tub had some red mold and a ton of dust on furniture like the TV and desk. I needed to take medication for my dust allergy.
3. Food was miserable. Ex. Very dry/ hard bread, cheeses, and hams. The chef who made the egg was too rude. To my request to thoroughly cook my egg, his requestion was very hysterical with a ton of words, NOT simple yes.
