Very bad service only one staff in the building very busy elevator because the hotel located in business building, too tight room smily bathroom, Seoul people and worker very rude and unfriendly and disrespectful , overall very bad experience.

There's another Migliore Hotel at Myeongdong. Same logo and everything, but they're totally different properties. Neither specifies which neighborhood they're in. I booked two rooms. In mine, the toilet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, wallpaper falling off, stains all over the walls. No breakfast! The other was mildly better. Good location. But not worth the price in my opinion.

Basic room but convenient
Conveniently located with shopping mall and eatery in the same building which is a big plus when it’s snowing heavily. Basic room and amenities. Housekeeping is mediocre and should be improved for hygiene purpose.

Great location but room is too small
The location is great, close to subway DDP station, lots of restaurants and malls around. However the room is a bit too small, we can't even put our luggages on the ground. We stayed three nights, but second and third nights, the AC was broken. Luckily the weather is cool enough for us, so they just gave us a fan.

Location, location, location
Conveniently located (albeit a bit hard to find) for shopping, art, and some food. The subway is very close as well. It was convenient for my overnight layover in Seoul. No frills, but clean and comfortable beds.

Could be better with private elevator
This hotel shares the building with other commercial offices. It occupies the top 2 floors 20th & 19th floor. The issue is the same elevators are being shared by all occupants in the building.During office hours, the wait for the elevators to the hotel floor can be frustrating esp. with luggages in a crowded lobby.

It's very good location!
It's very good location! If you want to stay in Dongdaemun,I really recommend this hotel. Hotel's downstairs are shopping floors, you can go shopping any time with out worry about catching the taxi to go back your hotel. Also, near by the hotel, there are fashion distributors.

Room had not enough space to open a luggage fully. Location is good though, in the center of the shopping district where you can shop till as late as 4AM.

Good location but poor housekeeping
The hotel is on the top 2 floors of Migliore, a shopping mall. Perfect location for shopping in Dongdaemun. The room is very small. Housekeeping is at bare minimum - they don't make up the bed properly and there was biscuits on the floor when I checked in. Overall the hotel is ok but if the quality of housekeeping remains low, the hotel will be dated very soon.

Pay a premium for a strategic shopping location...
The front desk is very helpful and efficient, but in contrast, the house-keepers team tense to be less attentive to replenish the toiletry and complimentary bottle drinks, tea bags, coffee bags and provide insufficient rinsing glasses and hangers. The hotel seems to be newly renovated, everything looks new and clean. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Dongdaemun shopping area overseeing the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and surrounded with good transport network within walking distance of 400m to Dongdaemun subway station and Dongdaemun History & culture Park subway station. We are a family of 3 and we find the 23 sqm room cosy and comfortable. On the other hand, the Hotel should provide LAN cable in near future to enhance the current room Wifi. Dining is simply walking across to the alley next to the hotel where 40 over restaurants, cafes and snack stalls congregated. The rate at S$187 per day is kind of steep to us... it would be perfect if the rate could be lower...

Great location, slow lifts
Location was superb - right in the Dongdaemun shopping district. We could always shop at the many malls and then head back quickly for a short rest before going out again. The hotel rooms are located at only the top 2 levels of the Migliore mall, so the lift is shared by other businesses in the same building. Waiting for the lifts took a really long time. Otherwise it is good value for money with a great location to explore Seoul

Decent price for small size hotel
The size of the room is small. If you compare this to a US or Western Europe hotel for same star rating, then expect it to be considerable smaller. However, for this price range, it is rather spacious as far as Seoul hotels go. The price is fair. Location is excellent as it is on top of a shopping mall, surrounded by a dozen other shopping malls, and the train station is in front of the building (if you came here for shopping). We didn't stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that. However, the menu pictures didn't inspire us...while it looked like they tried to make it a western breakfast, don't believe they were very successful. They have a full bath but the size is in pace with the size of the room...small. It was clean and didn't show signs of aging.

hotel located in nice location good for shopping...we can shopping until morning and comeback to drop our shopping bag and go out again until morning! if you love cloths it's great! one negative experience is ..I found a gum...old 2 gum...on the top of my bed...how can room cleaner missed it....can see clearly...and it's make me feel so bad...
