"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are new, spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It feels like a newly opened hotel, and the rooms are definitely the highlight of the property. The breakfast was also quite good, with a reasonable selection. The main downside is the location. The hotel description makes it sound as though many places can be reached on foot, but this is not really the case. It is quite close to the airport, which is very convenient, but it is not close to the city centre or the main tourist attractions. To get around, you generally need to take a bus and then the metro, so it takes considerably longer than the description might suggest. The service was also not as good as I expected, mainly because the staff do not speak English. Unfortunately, there was one gentleman in particular who seemed irritated when guests tried to communicate with him in another language, which made interactions rather uncomfortable. That said, the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are truly excellent. If you are looking for a new, modern and very comfortable room, this is a good option, especially if being close to the airport is important to you. Just be aware that the location is not as central as the hotel description may make it seem, and you will need public transportation to reach most of the main sights."

"Interesting to stay in an authentic Soviet hotel. The rooms and hotel have retained the architecture even if it feels outdated. The room was large with lots of oak furniture but could be cleaner. They had ran out of hot water in the evenings. The breakfast was adequate. There should be more tables to cater to lots of guests. The restaurant on the top floor is good and very well priced. There is a bar there too. There are windows overlooking the city and a perfect sunset view."
