I stayed here for one night before heading to Samarkand. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay. There weren’t many shops or restaurants nearby, but that made it even quieter and more relaxing. The hotel’s restaurant was lovely, and the terrace was a perfect place to unwind. The staff were very attentive and made me feel truly welcome. I didn’t have much time to explore Tashkent this time, but I’d love to come back and see more of the city on my next visit. Thank you very much!

I love the morning view from the 4th floor balcony:) Just one thing is.. Bathroom Why is the design like this? There is no walls or partitions so once we take shower, the floor is flooded though the floor is slightly angled, doesn’t make sense. But, except the bathroom thing, overall, good Hope it would be solved

This is a property with significant "potential". Alas, to tap into this potential, may we suggest a few actions for management to take: 1 - Housekeeping is terrible. On arrival, we found (I) a left behind jeans jacket in the closet, (II) a used razor in the shower, and (III) leftover water in one of the glasses. We submitted this on the arrival feedback form, but there was no reaction. Later, we discovered that the cap for the water carafe in the room was in fact moldy, and that the room had been re-arranged by previous guests, and had not been put back into proper order (after the first night, this got fixed by housekeeping, to our surprise when we returned). 2 - Reception staff are lazy and do not know anything. If you leave your luggage witht he hotel, you have to go and get it back yourself. No tags on the luggage, just a room full of suitcases and "pick what you like". The only time the reception staff were proactive was when there was an opportunity to upsell (book a car, use the sauna for a fee, etc.) 3 - On a positive note, the breakfast room staff were stellar. If everybody would show the same attitude, the hotel could live up to its "potential". Especially for travelers from Japan, who are accustomed to excellent services: Do not stay at this property!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Aber leider hat bei der Aufenthalt das Wifi nicht funktioniert, so waren wir gezwungen, mobiles Internet zu kaufen. Obwohl wir das Frühstück mit gebucht haben, ist bei früheren Abreise KEIN Lunchpaket vorgesehen. Das Personal hat sich aber dafür eingesetzt, dass wir ein Lunch Paket bekommen. Allerdings als wir um 3 Uhr morgens an der Rezeption zum auschecken waren, war kein Lunch Paket zu finden. So mussten wir teuer am Flughafen frühstücken. Das Versprechen nicht einzuhalten ist viel schlimmer als gleich abzusagen. So hätten wir wenigstens am Vorabend was besorgt.
