A nice authentic family run hotel. Very clean and tidy. The Staff and family were very helpful and accommodating. Only niggles was a 2 hour delay with checking in, a complementary drink would have been a nice offer as travelled a long time. Also no price lists anywhere, as far we could see, so unsure of what things cost eg drinks, additional meals, beach chairs/brolly, the language was a bit of a barrier, need to learn Italian. We would definitely go again and recommend it.

Allora punti positivi (molti): - la Gentilezza e la disponibilità delle proprietarie Paola e la Signora Adriana; - la pulizia (menzione particolare per la ragazza della Costa d'avorio) - il cibo (sebbene con una certa rigidità negli orari) - la posizione centrale, vista sul mare e l'accesso alla spiaggia ideali per chi come me portava al mare una signora anziana) unico punto negativo è l'immobile che risale al 1962 e che necessiterebbe di una bella rinfrescata soprattutto nella sale da bagno (almeno nella nostra camera 405). come dicevo comunque i punti positivi sono più numerosi di quelli negativi.

Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ma urgono lavori

L'hotel è vecchiotto, avrebbe bisogno di ammodernamenti, aria condizionata, porte e infissi nuovi. Situato sul lungomare, a causa dell'assenza dell'aria condizionata bisogna stare con le finestre spalancate, e quindi subire il rumore dei soffiatori d'aria alle 7 del mattino. La colazione è ok.

E' un albergo senza dubbio vintage perchè la struttura è dei primi anni sessanta ma è ben tenuto, pulito ed organizzato, il personale gentilissimo.

Posizione ottima, proprio davanti al mare. Personale preparato, veloce e professionale. Le stanze hanno grandi finestre vista mare con spaziosi terrazzini e balconi dotati di tavolino e sedie. La camera da letto, dotata di aria condizionata e tv, sembrava esser stata rinnovata da poco tempo, molto pulita, essenziale e rilassante. Anche il bagno molto pulito e spazioso, non nuovissimo nel suo insieme ma assolutamente tutto funzionante e in perfetto ordine. Decisamente una struttura consigliata sia per un weekend che per una sosta più prolungata.

The property is on the beach . The beach is very easily accessible. The beach facilities are not free unless you purchase full or half board services. The food is of good quality and is tailored to local Italian taste and culture.This is a boutique hotel run by family . Staff are very friendly. The building is clean but very old from 1960´s infrastructure. Overall this is a reasonable 3 star hotel.

Questo Hotel si trova a 12 secondi dalla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada ed eccovi nell'incantevole spiaggia di Senigallia. Tutte le mattine dalle 8 alle 9.30 viene servita una ricca e preziosa colazione a buffet, dove troverete: affettati, formaggi, yogurt, crostate fatte in casa, caffè, cappuccino, American Coffee, marmellate e molto altro. Tutte le mattine viene effettuata la pulizia delle camere cosicché al vostro ritorno potrete riposare e rilassarvi in una piacevolissima atmosfera. Personale (proprietari, camerieri e inservienti) attenti e disponibili a ogni vostra necessità. Enjoy your holidays.

Breve e piacevole soggiorno all'hotel Italia

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, personale cortese e disponibile, colazione non di lusso ma completa di dolce, salato, yogurt, frutta. La pulizia della stanza e dei locali comuni è encomiabile, molto migliore di quella che ho trovato in altre strutture ben più preteziose. La posizione è buona, semicentrale, di fronte alla spiaggia e a bar e ristoranti, così comoda per spiaggia e mare che sono arrivato alle 18:30, mi sono cambiato in camera, sono sceso in costume, asciugamano e ciabattine da mare, mi sono fatto il mio bagno in mare alle 18:40 per poi asciguarmi sommariamente e rientrare in camera a sistemarmi per la sera. L'hotel si trova a dieci-quindici minuti di piacevole passaggiata dalla rotonda a mare e a qualche minuto in più dal centro, sempre comunque facilmente raggiiungibile a piedi. Certo, la camera era al minimo e il bagno, finestrato, forse sotto il minimo per dimensioni (doccia minuscola con tenda che comunque, con mia sorpresa, ha tenuto l'acqua benissimo!) e vetustà di sanitari e arredi. Comunque, ripeto, la camera ed il bagno che ho avuto erano pulitissimi per cui sanitari e arredi, pur datati e pur nella loro essenzialità, alla fine risultavano più che accettabili.

Hotel in ottima posizione (15 minuti a piedi dalla rotonda sul mare), direttamente di fronte al mare e non troppo vicino alla ferrovia retrostante. Personale gentilissimo. Stanza semplice e pulita, purtroppo se vi capita una delle stanze non ristrutturate il bagno è terribile... ma la proprietaria ci è venuta incontro con estrema gentilezza. Hanno anche lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia. Sul cibo non posso esprimermi avendo scelto di fare solo la colazione.

Posto ideale per un piacevole soggiorno

L'hotel è in buona posizione e affaccia su un tratto di lungomare servitissimo da stabilimenti balneari, edicole, ristoranti ecc, sul quale si svolge un buon ritmo di vita serale. La camera era molto piccola ma pulita, essenziale e dotata di balconcino. Non ho usufruito della pensione, per cui non posso dare un giudizio sulla cucina, ma c'è possibilità di mezza ed intera pensione. Colazione abbondante e personale molto gentile. Spiaggia curata anche con giochi per bambini ed ombrelloni a giusta distanza tra loro. Ottima l'accoglienza da parte della proprietaria e della figlia. Un posto, insomma, dove si sta bene.

Personale accogliente e disponibile. Hotel con spiaggia riservata. Per un loro disguido interno abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera nel corso del soggiorno. Alla fine non ci hanno fatto pagare gli extra di cui avevamo usufruito per scusarsi per il disagio che ci avevano arrecato. Non un grande cifra, ma mi è piaciuto il gesto.
