Seneca Serenity. Huge Lake Front House.

Beautiful two-story family-friendly home. We are located on a large secluded lot on Lake Keowee without neighbors on either side of the house. It is just 10 minutes from Clemson Stadium and just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Lake Keowee has over 18,000 acres of water, making it the perfect place for boating, fishing, water-skiing, tubing, and much more. Bring your boat to explore this pristine lake and all of its beauty. We have two large docks with plenty of room to dock your boat. A public ramp is just minutes away from our home. Very close to Seneca Marina, where boats can be rented. South Cove County Park is located just minutes away, with a guest pass included with the home.

The beautiful home sleeps up to 24 people. Plenty of room for multiple families to share this seven-bedroom, five-bath home with two full kitchens and two sets of washer/dryer units. Includes a large deck that overlooks the lake. Bask in the sun on our large deck overlooking the lake or the dock. There are three different a/c controls throughout the house to accommodate everyone's needs. The main floor has a large smart TV with DVDs and three large windows overlooking the lake. The downstairs also has a large smart TV centrally located in the central area. We also have a surround sound stereo system with built-in speakers throughout the house and outside on the porches.

Jamaica Lane has seven bedrooms-Upstairs we have 1 Master bedroom with king size bed with a full bathroom, 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and crib with a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs has one bedroom with two twin beds and 1 set of twin bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 queen size beds, one bedroom with one queen bed and one full bed, and one bedroom with two king beds, and one full bed with full bathroom attached. 5th full bathroom is in the hall downstairs.

The home offers two fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, microwaves, 2 coffee makers, icemakers, blenders, disposal, and dishwashers, fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, toasters, and glassware, including a crock pot and a 12-quart stock pot.
Downstairs has a large recreation area with a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, smart tv, and DVD player. Lots of kids dvds available. Board games and kids toys are available. Poker table and chips, cards included.

The main dining room table seats 10, with 2 bar seats at the large island next to the table. Outside there are two lounge chairs with a table that seats 5, and a table that seats 6. The downstairs table seats 8, and a table with chairs are on the porch. There are also 4 lounge chairs and many chairs outside for your enjoyment.

Located outside are one 2-man canoe, one kayak, two paddle boards, and a paddle boat that are included—lots of floats available to swim within the lake.

The home also offers additional amenities- a high chair and crib available. They are located in the upstairs master bedroom closet. Children's bedrails and gates are also available—a large commercial-grade stainless steel grill on the upstairs wrap-around porch. Life jackets and water toys are available for your use.

NO smoking of any kind nor illegal drugs or any kind is permitted inside the house or on the premises.

Women's Retreat

Great Experience

From the booking through our stay, everything was great! The house was perfect for our family of 20. Plenty of space and lots of extras for entertainment (pool table, ping pong, paddle boats, kayaks, etc). Communication with out host was top notch. The house is located in a nice quite cove on Lake Keowee.

The property presents beautifully. It was very clean, and having a family reunion in July definitely requires a water feature. This home on the lake fit the bill, and had enough entertainment features to keep everyone busy. From the water toys (SUPs, kayaks, noodles, floating lily pad and life vests to keep everyone safe), to the pool table, ping pong table, poker table and choice of two TV's, no one was saying, "I'm bored." : ) Plenty of sleeping accommodations. The beds were a little on the soft side, and the only burp was a missing O ring seal for the blender. Everyone enjoyed the stay very much, and would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and clean

We had a large group who came for a football game. The house was spotless, had space for everyone and was well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the setting is beautiful. Communication was prompt and clear. All in all an excellent place to stay, especially if you have warm weather!

Fantastic spot for groups

We had a wonderful stay in Seneca. The house was awesome for a group with kids - we let the kids sleep upstairs and hung out in the basement in the evening. Tons of space and a convenient location to hiking, disc golf, and Clemson campus. Great amenities provided to enjoy the lake. The only disappointment we had was that all the kayak paddles were broken so we couldn't use those. We had a group of 22 (18 adults, 4 kids) and we all said we would love to come back!

House is huge with plenty of places for people to sleep. Kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of water "toys" available. The lighting could be better....not enough good reading lamps and some had burned out bulbs. We couldn't find any new lightbulbs so had to borrow some from other lamps. Refrigerator was still full of last guests' food when we arrived so we had to clean out the refrigerator. Raccoons kept getting into garbage cans at night and tearing open the bags so we finally put heavy rocks on the lids.

Family Football and Thanksgiving Trip

What a great home! It looks great in the pictures but it is even better in person. Plenty of room for the whole family. 20 minutes from Clemson for the game. Beautiful view of lake and foliage. Kids (and adults) loved the game room too. Highly recommended for a big group.

Excellent Property - Perfect for Our Large Group

Our group of 11 gentlemen had a wonderful time Seneca Serenity!! The house had plenty of beds for all and although the location is a bit remote, it's still close to everything we needed during our stay. We had a great time and if in the area again, we'd certainly like the stay here again. Thanks.
